Who I Am
Senior Orthopaedic Physiotherapist
Piero Ettorre is a sports massage therapist with a passion for enhancing physical performance, rooted in his active upbringing in southern Italy. After moving to Bristol, he became a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, specializing in holistic treatments. He holds an ITEC Certificate in Massage and Sports Massage and integrates a variety of techniques in his practice, including soft tissue release and myofascial release.
Piero has an impressive athletic background: he is a former Italian jiu-jitsu champion and enjoys karate and watching judo competitions. His love for sports extends to tennis, padel, skiing, swimming, and windsurfing. Additionally, he spent ten years engaging in sport climbing, achieving a 6C grade in recognized European rock climbing. At Rome Physio, Piero aims to collaborate with physiotherapists to enhance patient recovery and well-being.
I have added valuable knowledge to my learning by shadowing the very experienced Romyna at the clinic, seeing a variety of caseloads and musculoskeletal conditions. I have been able to enhance my skills in mobilisations, exercise prescription and electrotherapy.
I am registered with the HCPC and also a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapist.
Looking forward to welcoming you in our clinic.
